Day Rates: Innova vs Hiace
All overland pricing starts from one honest building block: the daily vehicle rate. Everything else — packages, per-leg costs, airport runs — is just this rate multiplied by the number of driving days. We charge per car, not per person, so a couple and a family of four pay the same Innova rate.

What the Day Rate Includes (& Excludes)
The day rate is genuinely all-in on the vehicle side. When you compare us against a “from” price elsewhere, read what that number leaves out — ours leaves out very little.
Included in every day rate
- Private air-conditioned vehicle for your group only.
- An English-speaking local driver-guide from Manggarai or Ngada.
- All fuel for the day’s route.

Entrance & Village Fees (Wae Rebo, Kelimutu, Bena, Riung)
These fees are collected as official tickets at each gate and go to the parks and communities, not to us. We list them so your budget has no surprises. Rates are the current 2026 figures; the parks can adjust them, and the official ticket sold at the gate is always the final word.

High Season Notes
Our rates hold the same year-round — we do not surge the day rate in peak months. What changes is availability. In July, August and the Christmas–New Year window, our fleet books out weeks ahead, so lock your dates early. The dry season runs April to October and is the easiest driving. In the wet months, November to March, the Trans-Flores road stays open and we run trips throughout; expect the occasional afternoon mist on the passes and rare, short landslide clearances, which our drivers plan around.

How much are Kelimutu entrance fees in 2026?
Foreign visitors pay IDR 150,000 on weekdays and IDR 225,000 on weekends and public holidays. Indonesian citizens pay a lower domestic rate of roughly IDR 20,000 to 30,000. Tickets are sold as official tickets at the park gate, so we always confirm the current figure on the day.
Do you charge per person or per car?
Per car. An Innova is one flat rate whether one or four people travel, and a Hiace is one flat rate for groups up to 14. Only the entrance and village fees are charged per person, and those are listed in full above.
